A 2-day workshop for medical providers and practice owners building the future of private practice — integrating metabolic data, recovery, therapeutics, and imaging into scalable systems that improve outcomes and drive recurring revenue.
The clinics experiencing real growth have stopped relying solely on insurance models, single-modality services, and one-off transactions.
They are building destination practices — environments where measurable data, recovery, therapeutics, and optimization converge into complete patient ecosystems.
Their patients don't book appointments. They join programs. They come back. They refer.
Most practices are offering part of the solution. The future belongs to those building the whole one — destination practices with the data, systems, and recurring revenue to scale.
Most practices offer isolated services. Leading practices integrate them into complete patient systems — measurable, repeatable, and built for retention.
The measurable foundation. Body composition, energy expenditure, aerobic capacity.
High-margin, low-overhead modalities patients return for week after week.
Evidence-based interventions that drive measurable outcomes and clinical authority.
Real-time precision. See what you treat. Deliver what matters with confidence.
Individually, each pillar is a service.
Together, they become a destination.
Day One builds the clinical system. Day Two builds the business around it. Every session ends with the next one already loaded.
This workshop is built for medical providers and medical practice business owners who want to scale their practice and build it as a destination for their patients — not a stop along the way.
Adding measurable foundations and recurring revenue to optimization-focused practices.
Operators building integrated programs around metabolic and recovery science.
Layering data-driven body composition and recovery into root-cause practices.
Combining therapeutic and imaging precision with performance and recovery systems.
Building destination ecosystems around orthobiologics, recovery, and longevity.
MD · DO · NP · PA · DC · PT — owners ready to move beyond transactional revenue models.
Designed for clinical professionals serious about building scalable patient systems and long-term recurring revenue.
Capped at 21 seats so faculty engage with every operator's practice, market, and constraints.
Spend the weekend with people running destination practices — and Key Opinion Leaders in the space.
The actual workflows, scripts, packages, and pricing models in use at high-performing practices.
Equal weight on vision and execution. The plan and the steps to install it.
Hard questions, real numbers, honest answers — the conversations large workshops can't have.
This isn't a stage and a slide deck. It's a working session inside a fully-built training environment with the equipment, the systems, and the operators who built them.
You leave with the framework, the protocols, and the implementation plan to install what you learn within 90 days of returning home.
Every faculty member is an active clinician or operator. They teach what they use Monday morning.
Leading DEXA implementation and metabolic program design. Tony teaches providers how to turn body composition data into structured programs that drive patient commitment and recurring revenue.
Photobiomodulation protocols for inflammation, recovery, and skin health. Kristin covers clinical application, patient program integration, and how red light stacks with other modalities for better outcomes.
Resting metabolic rate and peak oxygen uptake as the foundation of personalized health programs. Eric shows providers how to translate testing data into fitness age, calorie targets, and performance programming.
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy for cellular repair, inflammation reduction, and recovery acceleration. Jeff covers protocol design, patient selection, and positioning PEMF as a high-margin practice addition.
Evidence-based shockwave protocols combined with orthobiologic procedures. Dr. Poovendran teaches radial and focal shockwave alongside PRP and regenerative injection techniques for joint, spine, and soft tissue.
A live panel bringing together the day's faculty to show how the modalities connect — DEXA data informing recovery protocols, metabolic testing guiding programming, therapeutics stacking into a unified patient journey.
Nearly 30 years across healthcare leadership, clinical practice, multi-site operations, and growth strategy. Tom covers the full operational architecture of a destination practice — workflow design, KPI governance, membership models, and recurring revenue systems. He also leads the Practice Blueprint session and closes the workshop with the Final Faculty Roundtable.
How to build a red light therapy affiliate program that generates recurring revenue and strengthens patient retention. Tony and Kristin walk through the business model, program structure, and implementation roadmap.
Peptide protocols for regenerative medicine, longevity, and health optimization programs. Dr. Silva covers patient selection, clinical application, and how peptides integrate into a comprehensive cash-based service offering.
Electronic health record implementation designed around the destination practice model. Tom covers workflow optimization, documentation efficiency, and how your EHR should support — not slow down — your clinical and business systems.
Two sessions covering the full patient acquisition funnel — digital marketing, brand positioning, and automated patient acquisition systems. Carlos and Diego work exclusively with healthcare practices scaling cash-based services.
How to price cash-based services with confidence. The panel covers pricing psychology, packaging strategies, value communication, and how to position premium services so patients say yes without hesitation.
The entire faculty together for an open roundtable. Ask anything — clinical, operational, financial. This is the session attendees consistently call the most valuable part of the two days.
The inaugural cohort of the DEXA Business Builder Workshop. Founding-edition pricing rewards operators who move first.
This is built for medical providers and medical practice business owners who want to scale their practice and build it as a destination for their patients.
That includes MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, DCs, and PTs in longevity, functional medicine, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, health optimization, and cash-based practices. If you're looking to build recurring revenue and patient retention through integrated systems, you're in the right room.
The workshop fee covers two full days of instruction at the Anatome Equipment Lab & Training Center, including:
Travel, lodging, and incidentals are not included.
The cohort is capped at 21 seats. This is intentional. Larger workshops can't accommodate real practice-specific discussion or hands-on rotation through every device. At 21, faculty engage with every operator's practice, market, and constraints — and every attendee gets meaningful time on every device.
Once the cohort fills, registration closes. Founding-edition pricing closes Aug 31 regardless of seats remaining.
The workshop is held at the Anatome Equipment Lab & Training Center at 13680 NW 5th Street, Suite 210, Sunrise, FL 33325. The facility is roughly 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and about 45 minutes from Miami International (MIA).
Several hotels are within 5–10 minutes of the training center. After you register, we'll send a recommended lodging list with options across price points.
Continuing education credit varies by discipline and accrediting body. For specific CME, CE, or CEU eligibility for your license type, please contact our team at info@anatomelab.com and we'll confirm what applies to your situation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the workshop (on or before May 27, 2026) receive a full refund less a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but transferable to a colleague or to a future Anatome Lab workshop within 12 months.
If you have questions about your specific situation, reach out to us at info@anatomelab.com before registering.
You don't need to own any of the equipment to attend. Many attendees come before they invest in modalities — to learn what to buy, in what order, and how to model the ROI before spending a dollar on a device.
You'll leave with clarity on which pillars belong in your practice first, the operational systems to run them, and how to package and price patient programs around them.
The question is whether your practice evolves with it.
